We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all of our seeds. If you experience any issues with the quality or germination of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the product or provide a refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.
2. Germination Guarantee
We take great care to ensure that our seeds are of the highest quality. However, as the success of seed germination depends on various factors, including growing conditions, soil, and climate, we cannot guarantee the exact success rate of germination. However, if you follow the proper planting guidelines and your seeds do not germinate, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. Exclusions
- Our warranty does not cover issues caused by improper care or misuse, including but not limited to incorrect planting conditions, poor soil quality, or extreme weather conditions.
- Seeds that are damaged during shipping (such as being crushed or exposed to water) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty policy.
4. How to Make a Claim
To request a refund, replacement, or report an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at admin@slyran.xyz. When reaching out, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- A description of the issue or concern
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Once your claim is approved, we will process the refund or replacement promptly. For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment. In the case of replacements, we will ship the new seeds at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
If you need a replacement or wish to return a product due to an issue covered by our warranty, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and new delivery. For any other cases, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product in question. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of crops, damage to property, or any other indirect losses.
