1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Slyran.xyz.
  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be in sellable condition (sealed, unopened, and undamaged packaging).

2. Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Squash & Pumpkin Seeds
  • Berry Seeds
  • Herb Seeds
  • Any other food or plant-based items that have been opened or used.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@slyran.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Ship Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@slyran.xyz. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
